1. Overview
Sirrius Office Inc. operates Sirrius Atlas, including the Claude Code Atlas field guide. This policy explains how the site handles personal information when you download a guide, subscribe to updates, share a comparison, submit a project enquiry, or book a call.
2. Information processed by the current site
When you download the complete Claude Code Atlas or subscribe to an update, we collect the email address you enter and an audit record of the permission you actively provide. When you submit a project brief, we collect your name, email, optional company, project description, desired outcome, response preference, source page, and any separate optional service-marketing choice. Project details are used to assess and respond to your request; this service contact does not enrol you in Atlas publishing emails. Sharing a comparison does not collect an email address: its link contains only two public Atlas entry identifiers. The booking panel displays the current sirrius.net scheduler, whose handling is also subject to the Sirrius Office privacy policy.
3. How email is used
We use your email to respond to a project enquiry you submit and for any additional purpose you actively select. A reply about your requested service is operational contact, not marketing consent. Sirrius Atlas publication updates and optional Sirrius Office service emails are separate choices. We promise not to spam you, and we will never sell your email address or other personal information collected through this website.
4. Retention and security
We retain an active email-authorization record for as long as the authorization remains active or as otherwise reasonably needed to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect our rights. No online system is perfectly secure; avoid sending credentials, payment information, or other highly sensitive information through an unsolicited email enquiry.
5. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting support@sirrius.net. We will record the withdrawal and stop the related marketing emails; we may retain limited information where the law requires it or to protect our rights.
6. Accessibility
We aim to make this reference usable with keyboard navigation, visible focus states, semantic headings, and readable contrast. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email support@sirrius.net with the page, the issue, and your preferred way to be contacted.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the site or its operational practices change. The effective date above will change when we do. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@sirrius.net.
